ProCard Helpful Hints 

• Available for use with designated and auxiliary (local) accounts only – NO STATE FUNDS
• NO FOREIGN VENDOR PURCHASES
• Your Single Transaction Limit is $499     Your Monthly Credit Limit is $1,000
• The statement cut off is the 3^rd of each month.
• There are NO paper statements – online access only.
• Online Statement is generally ready on the 4^th of each month.
• Monthly expense reports are due via Chrome River on or before the 15^th of the month.
• ALWAYS remember to call the number on the back of the card if you have any issues with declines or card problems at a vendor.
• ALWAYS remember to get a tax exempt form before buying from a vendor, especially locally.
• If taxes are applied to your card, they must be reimbursed – you will need to work with the vendor.
• If you are shopping and the card is declined, do NOT allow the vendor to reswipe the card – call Citibank.

  • TRAVEL RELATED PURCHASES

  • PRINTERS, LAPTOPS, TABLETS, PHONES, SOFTWARE, ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS, etc.
  • OFFICE FURNITURE
  • OFFICE EQUIPMENT
  • CHEMICALS AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES THAT REQUIRE EH&S COMPLIANCE REVIEW AND APPROVAL
  • CLEANING PRODUCTS
  • PURCHASES THAT REQUIRE AN AGREEMENT AND/OR CONTRACT
